The little Chaco Golden Knee half buried as usual. Don't know why I bothered with a hide.

It's the New River's turn to molt & she's picked a slightly cramped place to do it. The photo's through the tank, (hence it's not too good) but she's highly strung normally so I really don't want to stress her now.

She knew what she was doing. She's pushed herself out fine, hasn't started the Facehugger flexing yet. Cool to see her soft, white fangs.

She's all sorted now. Very orange front set of legs.

Very thirsty after her efforts. Still had to take one through the tank, as soon as I touched the lid she bolted.

Very possessive over her molt, took a few attempts to get it out as she kept grabbing it.

Almost got a shot of my B. Vagans above ground but she was too quick for me. Gutted. Have to wait 'til she outgrows the tub to get a good look at her.

A few molts recently. Tonight was the Nhandu Coloratovillosus' turn. She hasn't stretched out yet, so can't see how big she is.

Rusty's turn to molt today, very quick and straightforward. very cool looking spider.

Ta, they have Megaphobema Mesomelas, (Costa Rican Red Leg) slings in at the moment. Gorgeous things - not much info on them though. Anyone kept one before? Are they awkward / skittish etc? Ta.
