A few more molts and the blue will start to pop! Each molt mine get more blue and yellows I love it.

I have only had females so far,so now I'm hoping one of the little ones is a male.

well right now I not sure if my p. Metallica is male or female yet it about 2in. leg span right now and it molted about 2 weeks ago but the molt is small a little over a in. I believe I didn't have a magnifying glass and couldn't get the abdomen of the molt opened up enough to tell what sex it was. but hopefully I will be able too the next time it molts though.

Try and buy a mini microscope,I bought one exactly for the reason of sexing smaller molts. Also,if the molt has dried out place it on a piece of glass and mist it with a spray bottle it will expand again for easier handling.

I will oh not sure if any of yall know but you can add a drop or 2 of dish soap to water and it softens up the molts easier I found that out.
