Well today has been a learning day. My Grammostola Rosea (Chilean Rose Tarantula) has moulted I have taken some photos for you all to see. As far as I can tell it is a male. As you can see the 4 white bits well the 2 nearest the head in-between them I cannot find a slit /pocket/hole. I would appreciate it if you all could have a look at the photos and see what you think am I correct in saying it is a male.

I must say having to wait for your t to shed is not unlike waiting for the wife to give birth haha. One word of warning please don’t forget to wash your hands after and before going to the toilet as them hairs can get everywhere lol..

Bast, I think these might be too blurry. You need to look and see if there is a squared off "U" shaped or an "n" shape between the abdomen and thorax...
