Just to explain the karma comment.. People should be pulling together instead they are behaving so selfishly I wasn't aware we are going through some sort of apocalypse.... so yes if people's priorities are look after no#1 they deserve everything they get

I was seeing a psychiatrist and a therapist on a monthly basis. The clinics are closed so they are subject to doing phone appointments only. They haven't called me since the beginning of March. I think they are both looking for therapy from all this bull****, themselves!

as daft as this is going to sound, it is now nearly middle of May and I am assuming you are ok, so maybe you are stronger than you thought and your strength now comes more from within while the other support network is not available.
