That temp should be ok. In the summer my room goes up to 35 degrees celcius sometimes, and have had no hassles.

Like I've said, I like to keep mine between 23-28 degrees Celsius sometimes it goes to 29. Usually that's not an everyday occurrence. I'd say its up to you, look at what works for most employ something close to that.

I've herd that. But my spider likes to stay on the walls. And I don't want her to cook herself.

Ok If I got a fan heater how often would I turn it on? And for how long?

I'd say safest bet use a thermometer, or spend a little extra and get a fan heater where it has a built in one for temperature regulation.

I use a wall panel heater hooked up to a thermostat. Cheap on electricity

Actually that would be brilliant, remember this a fan heater builds up the ambient temperature so what you are suggesting is perfect.

Just some advice and some of my own personal experience personally and in the zoos. Heat fans be careful as the fans have the tendency to stop working but the heater remains causing the plastic to melt and can burn down your house bud!! As to pannel heaters they are good but just to push heat up a little during winter . Remember heat mats on one side of the glass works best as this allows thermal regulation and the tarantula can move to where it feels comfortable, but if u have one ambient temperature hearing the while room that will result as stress and the arboreal cannot go too a cooler area in vivarium. Terrestrial dig and the deeper the peat and moist it becomes cool for them but not for arboreal .
