That temp should be ok. In the summer my room goes up to 35 degrees celcius sometimes, and have had no hassles.

I don't like heating pads, Id rather use a fan heater with a thermostat in the winter. Luckily I'm using an air con, so my temperature is controlled.
Ah okay,understandable.I would do that if I can. But my mom does not let me use that. To costly on our bill.
