Ok guys, get a load of this. My P sp machala just emerged from his molt and first feeding. The following video is perhaps the most incredible that I've ever shot.

So, take a seat. Finish drinking your soda and make sure you're not eating

The pics are also pretty awesome as well.

I don't know if this one counts and I don't know when it happened. Iguassu, one of my Catumiri argentinense hadn't been seen for many months so I decided to investigate as I was rehousing a couple of others. Sadly all I found was a moult but no T so Al I can think is that it has moulted at some time and been attacked by crickets, one problem with burrowers is not knowing when a moult is happening. My other Catumiri argentinense is doing fine and often appears at its burrow opening.

It might still be hibernating & maybe even though it's usually not done you could carefully dig it out.

Yikes!!

I recently lost a sling who just failed to thrive even though the other 3 identical ones are doing just fine.

Sadly enough, a few slings are like runts of the litter & have high fatality rates even with perfect care.

If the male hooks out...

Hmmmm....

I did ship out a MM H pulchripes, but no egg sac resulted even though the breeder probably did everything right. At least I got 2 P vittata slings in trade just before the ban.

For the time being, I'll really enjoy watching him!!
