First molting experience here! It was sooooo fascinating!!!!

From this photo I believe I see the spermatheca. I'm pretty sure its a girl.

My A. avic molted this morning. So freaking cool to watch! But she molted two weeks ago, some time btwn 12/11 and 12/14, idk exactly. No big meals, just one small cricket after last molt. Isn't it a bit too soon to molt again? Internet search not helpful in telling me, is this bad or just unusual?

They sometimes molt when something is wrong, so consider it a good thing.

Last week my singapore blue molted, yesterday, I noticed one of my LPs had spun a web "mattress" over the water dish and was upside down, removed the molt this morning. Unfortunately, my Selenocosmia Crassipes sling expired last week
