I've had 2 moults so far today. One my Poecilotheria rufiliata, Neyyar but sadly no pics as there is too much web.

Then the Avicularia minatrix, Autana. In the 1st photo you can just see the old exo down the web funnel.

2 moults again today. First was my Psalmopoeus ecclesisticus, Tulcan, but sadly no pic as yet, it's still down its burrow.

Next my Lasiodora parahybana, Pip, sneaked one in unexpectedly. True to form she showed none of the normal signs of premoult and during the day had made a moult mat, flipped, moulted and flipped back over.

As of May 5th Justina began her molting process and was completed when I got back from work today. Justina is, of course, my L Klugi confirmed female.

As always, she came out just beautiful. I haven't even removed the old molt yet because she was pretty nervous last time when I opened the enclosure to maintain it.

I simply removed the screen on top to take pictures which I magnified to avoid getting to close.

Anyway, here she is. One thing you'll notice is the blue accents. When you view her under full spectrum light or move the enclosure for a minute or so into sunlight you see the blue much better.

My late M balfouri also demonstrated this. Of course I put the enclosure back on its usual shelf immediately after viewing. Heck, I didn't even know they were blue times spiders when I got her!! She's a wonderful species and my showcase spider simply due to the history we have together. My pamphobeteus (Persephone) however has also turned out beautifully but is actually much calmer post molt then Justina is.

Here is our B vagans the day after molting. The pic doesn't do it justice, the purple color is amazing in person, plus the size increase from yesterday is awesome

3 moults today. My Ephebopus rufescens,Teko, and Sahara, the Stromatopelma calceatum both disappeared from view before I could get a pic.

Teko at least left its old exo in full view

The 3rd one was Toro, the Stichoplastoris asterix, at least stayed and posed for a photo.

Super interested in your housing of this fellow... is that a live plants?

It's just in a 2" dia vial with a small piece of plastic plant and cork bark. I spray the plant with water every couple of days as there is no room for a water bowl.
