Aphonopelma Taxonomy are a mess, which makes it difficult to assign it a common name.
I've heard them called Superstition Mountain Blonde, New river Blonde, Payson blonde.
In all honesty, common names are useless.

Yes definitely, I keep to the scientific/latyn names mostly except the common brachys, Grammas or even some pokies.
