Hello all UK hobbyists out there ☺

I have been thinking about whether we could set up some kind of register/group for U K members so that we have a network for trusted keepers, look to buy/sell/exchange spiders, share knowledge, look to potential breeding projects etc. So wondered if anyone would like to fly the flag like me and join the list of UK members.

Based on posts I have seen or location information on profile/avatars I think I have the total at 14 (including me) so far. Please reply so I can either add or confirm the current list. And if you do not already have a lit of Ts or a spoiler, why not include that too?.

Thanks for looking ☺

Uk, too, but you probably already knew that lol.

I have (top shelf to bottom)
A. Versicolor AF
A. sp. Amazonica Sling
T. Gigas SAF
(notice my system? All the arboreals at the top lol)
G. Actaeon Juvenile female
GBB Juvenile Male (?)
L. Parahybana Juvenile female

A. Geniculata AF

G. Rosea AF
B. Boehmei Juvenile Female

So 9 in total, but I don't think I'll be any use for selling/buying/breeding or swapping, because I'm not getting any additional ones at the moment and will not give any away neither :p, apart from maybe sending my GBB on his last journey when he's old enough to get his leg over (although he's a proper b@tch, moody as hell and flicks as soon as you open his tub).

I fully understand the "greed", if I could get away with it I'd fill a supermarket sized building with T's and now I've started looking at Scorpions.... :( The more you get the more you want! It is a bug (no pun intended) I can't shake off! Haha I'am enjoying it though.... :)
It's all part of being an "arachnoholic". Me too, always wanted to have my own spider shop and also sell them on "the web" pun totally intended.....

Ahahahaha! Good one! :D I've thought/dreamed about owning a spider shop but there's no money in it unfortunately.... Although if you breed your T.Psychs I'll pay a pretty penny for a sling! Hint intended! ☺️
I wish I could but not with the 3 I have. From same brood so males will mature (and die) before females ready.....nature's way to avoid incest. Will have to hope I have a female and then but an ad out there looking for a psychedelic male. That could be trouble on the wrong site......pmsl

My trouble is I couldn't sell any, I get too attached
I don't want to but simply don't have the space for them all when adults. I don't mind growing on slings a bit and then letting others enjoy them after that. I am looking into insulated outside sheds/offices as an option but worried that if power stops for whatever reason, I could lose them all. I think there is alarms you can get to notify when electricity is no longer supplied so I am sure there is a way round it.....☺

When I was breeding snakes I looked into getting a back up generator for my rep room but never got round to it.
