Thivo...You are more than welcome! Glad you know about the leg-removal thing! lol Never know who knows what, so I'm certainly one to quote the T Keeper's Guide...since it's all I know right now! lol I'm glad your little T is still alive!

Honestly, a bad molt is my worst fear with T keeping...even moreso than getting bit by an OW...seriously. I would rather a bite than to watch a pet of mine struggle to live. Good luck & keep us posted, ok?? :D

Thanks again PamCz... Actually it didnt come into my mind that bad molt will happen to my T.Chevron, for I sprinkled water on its enclosure every other day to keep it humidiy and temperature, but I guess it is because of bad positioning... I just saw him/her in bad position and watching him/her for several minutes and she/he is not moving... Then I decided to pull him/her out of its enclosure...

I guess one reason is because most arboreal has longer legs than terestrial, and when it comes on molting it will be more longer time for the arboreal and positioning is very important... My other arboreals like A.Metallica, A.Geroldi, P.Irminias and my other P.Cambigei was molting inside on their hamock like web and not on the ground... But this one, he/she was molted on the ground...

Right...there are some conditions we just can't control, like where the T molts...and that's what scares me. I try to keep the conditions right for my T's, but even then, a bad molt can still happen.:(

I worry about my arboreals that are still burrowing, like my poecilotherias. Not only can't I ever see them, but they molt in their hides and don't even kick out a molt! (I got one exuvia, once) I worry that if there is a problem...I won't know until it's way too late. Not much we can do except the best we can do, right? Nature will take it's course, regardless.

BTW, I love that you have so many Avics. I can't wait to see them grow up via your pix. I reeeeeaaaaaaally want a purpurea & a geroldi! I'm almost salivating at the thought...;)

I really appreciate your concern Ghost and thanks for advice... The little guy is doing well now besides of it's missing legs he/she can manage to move himself/herself around the ICU and this morning when I check, I saw him/her attached on the other side of ICU, which is good indication that he/she is doing fine... Later, when I get home I will try to feed her/him a chunk of shrimp or try to improvise a small bowl and place it inside ICU and will observe time to time if she/he will eat... If not, I am planning to put him on a vial which has limited space and more easily for her/him to get its food...

Glad to hear the little guy is doing better this morning, you can try feeding him but remember his fangs will still be soft so he probably won't eat for a few days, moving him to a small vial is a good idea but I would sill keep him on damp paper towel rather than substrate .....

Update regarding to my P.Cambrigei... I try to feed my beloved T.Chevron and it is really hard to position my little fellow, at first I am using the paint brush on poisitioning and it bites! Whoah! It did bite the tip of the brush while I am moving it twice... But anyway, I manage to place her/him on what I think is comfortable...
