should be fine they may not eat it, but usually smaller sling need pre kill food. I use prekilled crickets but it just depends on what the sling will eat. so try and see if they like it otherwise you might need something else

My wee ones get killed baby crickets or cut up adults. Even some of my bigger (but still baby) T's get killed crickets. I just hold the crickets with tongs and cut the heads off with scissors.

super worms tend to bite slings and crickets are notorious killers of slings. small Turkistan roaches that are unable to climb smooth surfaces are best food source i recon but go with what works for you. worms and crickets dnt work for me as I've seen what they are capable of doing.

The super worms are also really high in fat if I remember correctly. I never had a problem feeding my T super worms, but I was more afraid to pick up the super worms than anything lol. Gross little things. So I switched to crickets. It's too bad crickets couldn't live forever much like the super worms you're trying to kill, but wont die.

I feed my slings mealworm pieces and pinhead crickets, when I can get em.
Ill feed superworms to my larger Ts from time to time, they love them. Meal and super worms are good snacks, but not an all the time food source.
