Shipping
Only posting within the United Kingdom.
All orders will be sent via RMSD (Royal mail special delivery) to arrive before 1PM at a charge of £10. Please make sure someone is there to receive and sign for the order.
We reserve the right to postpone shipping when we feel it could be putting tarantulas at risk e.g. poor weather conditions.
Posting days are Monday & Thursday. We will contact you to arrange your specific delivery date.
You will get a confirmation of Dispatch and a Tracking Number by e-mail the day the order is sent.
Live arrival guarantee (LAG)
We guarantee live arrival on all Tarantulas shipped RMSD.
The live arrival guarantee is void if no one is present to receive and sign for the package on the arranged day resulting in a delay in transit. The LAG is also void if the package is delayed due to any reason caused by the customer e.g. wrong address.
We must be notified of any Dead on Arrival (DOA) Tarantula within 4 hours and provided with a colour photograph to claim a refund, after this period all claims are null and void.
In the unlikely event of any DOAs we will refund the cost of Tarantulas only.
Orders, Cancellation and Returns
We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
Orders can be cancelled 24hrs before dispatch and will incur an administration fee of 5% of the cost of your order.
We do not accept returns.
All sizes are approximate, we state / offer the sizes of the specimens we have in stock within the product description. Sizes may vary, some may be a little bigger and some a little smaller.
