Preventing a bad molt

First, to be clear, my tarantula isn't having/hasn't had a bad molt, she just molted a few months back & I'm not expecting her to soon.

My question is, for a future reference, how can you prevent your tarantula from having a bad molt? Humidity, spray it one time every few hours, etc.

Thanks! :)

There's no real scientifically proven method to prevent a bad molt, but there are theories....
Keep your T properly, feed only invertebrate prey(no mice), raise humidity in pre-molt, and do not handle if your T is not eating(or may be in pre-molt).

I think my T is going to molt soon, its so hard to tell, his abdomen is getting a little darker and looks like his hair is thinning out? He still isn't eating but he seems to be happy, he's grooming himself, and pretty active.
