Yesterday I got my first tarantula, a Chilean rose named Rosebud. Her enclosure came with a cactus that I noticed today is actually plastic. I'd like to replace it with a real cactus. Are there any plants I should be aware of that could harm her? Thank you for your advice :)

Hi, and welcome to the forums!
I personally wouldn't keep a live cactus in a Chilean Rose's cage... Could possibly hurt the T.. Most people frown on using live plants in Tarantulas homes...
I used a live golden pothos( i think thats right?) in a P. Regalis set up, with out any issues, the plant basically doesn't need any special attention besides what you already do to an Arboreal T's set up.
For a G. Rosea(Chilean Rose) I dont think any plants could thrive in their dry housing requirements.
I'd stick with fake decor.. to avoid any potential problems for your T.
