70° humidity, inside another tank.. no bueno, that spider would do better at room temp with more cross ventilation. Keeping avicularia at high humidity was a fallacy that killed lots of spiders and has been proven not necessary.

Here's something to consider
Thanks will do. The Leopard is 2 1/2 so I can back it down. as for ventilation I use a computer style fan to maintain a good airflow. I can adjust the location if you it would be in the T's best interest! They are doing great and not hiding just hanging out on the walls

I don't know your exact setup or circumstances, just sharing what I know and works for me.

3' x 11' insulated closed chamber with One CHE for heat on the left side and a RHP for heat on the left side. +/- 2 degrees set at 82. I add water via a misting system to the Reptibark substrate so this I can easily dial back to keep the humidity in the 40-50% range. I had the humidity dialed up for the formative years of my leopard tortoise and feel I did an excellent job of halting the pyramiding he was started with. I put the shelf on the RHP side for the Pink Toe T and am very happy with the movement I have seen. No skittish activity, eats well and hangs out on the sides. Since this is my first T I appreciate all the suggestions and thank you for sharing your years of experience!

That's much bigger than I originally thought. As long as the T has airflow and is not stifled by stagnant, humid air it should be okay
