Storm has discovered swimming for herself. She used to only swim to go after ducks and swans, but now she actually swims to retrieve toys and sticks. She's quite good at it using her tail as a rudder and float

Really cute and a nice colour, too.

Trigger proves that you're never too old (he'll be 11 in November) for adventures.

Unfortunately on our trip to Bute my trusty Canon 1100D finally died (motherboard is dead).... Lucky for me, that meant I had to upgrade sooner than I had planned (I was looking at Christmas for this).
My new toy is a (used) Canon EOS 650D (Rebel T4i, I think, in the US). Obviously had to be tried out on my favourite photo subjects:

Gosh, I'm sitting her crying because I had to scroll through all those pictures of my big guy :(, miss him so much.

Storm's been my angel though, cheering me up. She's such a beautiful girl inside and out:

She is stunning. she reminds me so much of the WGSD I lost a few years back now. I am still not over her but seeing such a wonderful dog having so much fun with the autumn leaves is awesome. love to you x

So sorry hun, we still cry over our lab/dane, (she didn't make it through second bout of chemo) so I definitely get it. It's miserable to lose them.

Thanks. I'm by no means a spiritual person (that's my sister in law, she's into all this ghosts, angels and spirits mumbo jumbo), but the other week I took this photo of Storm:
2BhIjgR.jpg

I know it's most likely an exposure/light issue, but it looks like she's got an aura (and apparently a white aura means purity angel-like)
