Woke up to a message saying his trip to Calgary had been cancelled and he was really sorry but he promised it would happen soon. I was kind of disappointed, but got up made some coffee and fed all the four-legged critters. Sent him a text back thanking him for letting me know, and right as I pressed send I got a new message from him. Trip back on. Soooo....

NEW BABIES TODAY!! Sooo excited! :D

Ive been looking around for a versi... Trying to avoid anything under about 1.5" or so..
I had to place myself on a buying hold.. Need to start rehousing all these slings, lol.

They're definitely going to be smaller than that. They were about 1/4" on March 17th hehe.

We have a reptile expo coming up first weekend in May...so no buying hold for me. Hoping I can find some good deals while we're there, and can bring home some more babies.

I just rehoused Chaos. She's happily starting to web up a small kritter keeper. She'll need another rehouse at some point, and I'm not really looking forward to that...she's always an adventure. Karina and Noelle are in their permanent homes (although I may end up putting Karina into a taller Exo at some point depending on how big she is when she's done growing). Already on the hunt for some used Exo's for when the 2 versi slings get bigger and I already have a permanent enclosure on hand for the smithi; just need to find a top for it.

OMG THEY ARE SOOO CUTE!! I wish I had a better camera for macro's, none of them turned out very well (and one of the versi's is kinda hidden in the substrate so haven't got any of her yet, she's a bit smaller than the one in the photo; approx .5"), but I attached them anyhow. I'm going to do a rehouse into something that offers a bit more ventilation tomorrow, so I'll try and get better pics when I do the transfers!

I didn't really give them a chance to go exploring lol. I'm sure they'll be little buggers when I re-house :)

The bigger one is super active (she's the one that has all the webs) and she's super vain; grooms all the time lol. I'll be feeding them tomorrow for the first time, can hardly wait for baby cricket carnage LOL
