Hello. I am new with growing those wonderful creatures, I have main for about 8 months (4-5 skins). So the little dude is pilosum or vagans (the seller told me this, or it can be hybrid). I have some questions about it:
1. Since I've got him I feed him only with crickets/ grig/ singing grasshopper (I am very sorry, I don't know how it is in English), is this a problem?
2. He is about 3 cm. without feet, what is the best size for taking it in my hand?
3. I watch him in a box (like for shoes), is it big for him? I've putted in it a coconut and 2 caps with water, should I put something else there, or he is good (I mean that is he "bored")? I read that if there are caps with water there's no need to water the substract, is this true?
4. Last question- I always give him the food without the head and i haven't seen him attacking, once the food was very jumpy and I though that I can finally see him in action, but he doesn't do anything. Did I spoiled him or he is scared somehow?
I am very sorry if there are some posts with such information, but i didn't found one. I am very sorry for my bad English.
And THANK YOU VERY MUCH for your time :) :) :)

1) crickets are fine.
2) I'm personally against handling tarantulas at all, but if it's something you want to do, I'd wait till he's at least a couple inches (5cm)
3) as long as it's a plastic shoe box that will be fine for quite a while.
4) no need to give him dead food. at 3cm (.75") he can easily take small live crickets.

Crickets are just fine. I don't know what singing grasshoppers are, but I assume as long as they are captive bred and a popular feeder there, they should be fine. If he is scared of the prey, try smaller prey, or just prekilled if you can't find prey small enough. If he is eating, he is fine. Slings are a bit more fragile than adults. I like to wet a portion of the sub when it dries out, just in case. I personally don't handle, but if you do decide to handle your spider keep in mind that slings are usually more skittish than adults. Handle him sitting on the floor so if he falls you will reduce the risk of injury.

Amm... I have another question: Well, because it is really hot here in Bulgaria the temperature in the room is about 24-26/27 degrees C, and I don't know the temperature in the terrarium, but I think it is even warmer in there. The spider sits all day in the coconut and I am afraid that it is really hot there, I will put a thermometer, but how to lower the temperature in the terrarium. If I spray water all over it, it will start to evaporate and it will become even warmer. Any ideas?
Thank You :)
