Hi fuzzball79.
I've been looking at all site mentioned above. A very nice selection indeed. Problem I'm having is choosing another. I don't know what I want.to many to choose from. I'm off to the supplier today where I bought my first 2 from . I'm having to look up all the Latin names for them as I don't know a lot of the tarantulas people keep mentioning.

That's how the addiction really takes hold, once you start looking at other Ts you are bound to find another 1,2,3.....that you like and you're doomed lol..

Good luck, show us what you bought later (I'm sure there'll be 1 or 2, lol)!
I've been avoiding the shop where I got the Fuzzball (my Rose Hair) from, because I know they usually have a few species of Ts there and I just know I'd bring something home, lol. That said their usual supplier (Tarantula barn) seems to have stopped breeding/selling Ts, so maybe I'd be safe.
As for the choosing: I know exactly what you mean. I had my 1 or 2 that I knew I'd definitely want (Green Bottle and any Brachypelma), but my wishlist keeps getting bigger and bigger and changes, too. I'm genuinely envious of the guys and girls on here who have big shelves or even rooms full of Ts.

Very cute!!. The web in the picture was in his/hers old tank and used it to moult in about 2weeks ago. Yours has very nice markings on its Abdormen . Mine does to but on its underside. Mine also has tiger strips on its head.
How old is your sling ?

I don't know how old it is but it's about 0.5" leg span so still very tiny. It has not molted with me yet, but is currently off it's food and looks quite plump and shiny, so hopefully it'll go soon.
They're really pretty things from sling to adult, a bit like Pink Toes.

P.S: I'm more and more tempted by a P. Metallica (OMG where does is end, lol? Crazy spider lady), too. I've been a bit apprehensive by people online describing them as so aggressive with bad venom, etc, but then again, if you don't handle them and respect them (as in not put them in a situation where they'd feel they'd have to bite) they wouldn't purposely attack you, IMHO. I feel like in other forums some of the more experienced owners seem to try to put you off them.

I've never had a threat display from my P. metallica either. I was going to get a GBB but then I saw the O.diamantinensis and preferred it, another that makes a lot of messy web

It's not quite an inch dls yet but already showing some of its colour.

I've just looked that up very nice tarantula!! Very similar to the GBB. I like its colours. I was tempted to bring something home yesterday but really want a sling. As the only had juveniles and adults.
