H.Hercules....Myth or Reality???

So I've seen a lot of internet threads etc stating stuff like "rehousing my H.Hercules", "Feeding time for my Hercules Baboon T" and so on. This makes me think that these T's are more common in the hobby, yet I am under the impression that ONLY ONE of these T's have been discovered and remain with the Natural History Museum in London...I a glass jar filled with some alcohol...

So is there truth to all these threads or are those actually P.Muticus (or other T's) mistakenly taken to be H.Hercules? Do they still exist?

I would not mind getting one though if possible??? I understand that they can get close to a T.Blondi in size which means huge taking into account that it is an African species.

There are no Hercules in the Hobby, and I believe there are 3 known specimens out there all are dead.
The T's being called, and sold as Hercules are just Hysterocretes sp,

Well I probably can't argue as I have never kept a P.Muticus before. But I think that a T close to the size of a T.Blondi with the demeanour of a P.Muticus or even an OBT will present a great and rewarding challenge to keep.

I dunno about you but all the hysterocretes I've kept have been pretty mellow. At the worst they run away and hide.
