-EMERGENCY- I thought my g. pulchra was dead, did I disturb her at the beginning of a molt?

I walked into my room to check on things with my red light, and I saw her in what looked like a death curl, and upright. I didn't touch her, I was talking aloud and upset and then I saw her suddenly correct herself into a perfectly normal position. Should I be worried or should I be expecting a molted spider tomorrow? Should I go and try to give her water? I typically thought they only went into what looked like a death curl when molting on their backs, but do they flip themselves over at the same time? Please help, thank-you.
I experienced the same thing the other day. It was lying there with its arms tucked in. I thought it was dead, so I tapped on the glass. Suddenly, it ran at lightning speed and entered the web tunnel.

making noise? what noise was she making, don't think i have heard one make noise.
Lol, the most noise I ever heard was eight legs boogying at speed back to their burrow. Done by my Queen Baboon! She is rather large! I've had a King Baboon for over 6 years now and haven't heard not a for sure stridulate. My son said our now deceased male did but my hearing ain't what it used to be. Lol.
