Hello,
I am a new tarantula owner and I have a few basic questions that I can't seem to find the answer to.

1: How often should you feed your tarantula?

I was told one cricket every two weeks as my tarantula is approx. 8 cm and apparently older than three years.

2: When should I change how much my tarantula is eating?

What size stages do I change the type or amount of food?

3: When is a tarantula considered an adult?

I found 3+ years. Is that correct?

Thanks for the help!

1) 1 prey item per week
2) stop feeding for pre-molt/molting other wise never.
3) adult hood, is basically sexual maturity, so you can't quantify it in time. Different tarantulas grow at different rates. Some may mature withing a year some take 7. For females, check if the spermethacae is developed, for males they'll be sexualy dimorphic. Many will have hooks, and all will have bulbs.
