That's a Linothele, not sure of species. Gorgeous spiders.... check out Linothele fallax. 
This is not a fallax, tho... those are a gorgeous golden color, and quite beautiful.
All the Linothele make such awesome webbing... they put a GBB to shame.

Looking at papers now to get a match. Linothele megatheloides looks like a very close match to me.

The only Dipluridae species listed from Panama are Masteria downeyi and Masteria spinosa.
