My, Bobby just molted.
What should I do after he molted.
I thought he was dieing.
When do give him food?
How long do let him recover from the molting?
Looking for on hand advice.
Thanx
Regards
Gary

Congratulations on the moult.
Leave him quiet for around a week before feeding to give his fangs chance to harden just make sure he has water available.

My Tliltocatl albopilosum Nicaraguan, Nicarao, moulted and somehow got herself wedged in the corner of her water bowl. I managed to ease her out and she started to straighten herself out but silly thing is now squashed in the corner of the container. Fingers crossed she's ok.

I noticed a couple of days ago that Pip, my Lasiodora parahybana, was looking particularly good and wondered if she had moulted but tonight I found it hidden at the back of her tank. She is now just over 8" at almost 10 years old.
I'll try to get a photo tomorrow.

As we fed last night we found 3 molts.

1.. Tapinauchenius rasti. maybe 1 inch (2.5cm) DLS. Pet web, we have not really seen more than a glimps of movement since we last changed it's enclosure. ever seen properly.

2.. Omothymus sp. Langkawi. Very small molt, maybe 0.5 to 0.75 of an inch, DLS. (1.5 to 2cm.) Pet hole.

3... Omothymus violaceopes. maybe as big as half an inch (1.5cm) DLS. Another pet web.

Sometime in the last week my Heteroscodra maculata, Akan, has moulted. I'd not seen it for a couple of weeks but it appeared last night looking a tad bigger so I checked round the back and there it was pushed out of its burrow.

Last night looking larger.

The moult outside Akan's burrow only noticeable by the blue feet

I found 5 moults during feeding today, all have happened in the last 7-10 days.

Brachypelma albiceps, Cholula. this one must have just moulted in the last 24 hours judging by the still ghostly legs. It definitely needs a bigger home now.

Phormingochilus sp. Rufus, Java, was to shy for photos.

Tliltocatialbopilosum Nicaraguan, Miskitos.

Pterinochilus murinus Usambara mountain variant, Ziga.
