Hello, I have yet another question about terrariums and my shelf+desk size.
I looked through sites looking for most realistic minimum enclosure sizes that I can get for max adult size (if female).
Considering the shelf size as well. I will have custom made glasses for the arboreals since all i can get is 20x20x40 and I would be wasting 10cm of space.|
Here is my calculations:
My geniculata is in 30x30x20 now and I thought of getting her a bigger enclosure once she grows enough. She is a confirmed female.
Other confirmed female is Amazonius Germanii.
Their sizes are:
A. Geniculata prettu much sub adult or maybe still a juvie but prettu big.
T. Albopilosussy is around 3-4cm body lenght.
B. Albiceps is L5
L. Sazimai L5
G. Pulchra L4
D. Pentaloris L6
C.Versicolor L5
L. Parahybana L7
H. Murrayensis L10 8cm leg width
M. Balfouris x3 are all around L7-8
A. Germani is 4-5cm body lenght.
So I am looking very forward in the future with the setting but I would like to be prepared. If some of them are males like if Parahybana happens to be a male I can buy a smaller enclosure and make more space for other ones. But that is after I get to know the sexes of them all. And yes my 3 specimen Balfouri communal is still alive and well! No cannibalism or agression. I just hope they are all the same sex or I will have to separate them. I do not want Balfouri invasion in my house.
Any input would be nice.
