Theraphosa apophysis, daddy's little boy ?

6" DLS premolt , about 3 years old. kind of new to this but am thinking boy? the part I circled in yellow kind of looks like a flap in the pictures but there is no depth to in, it is very smooth. what are the 2 structures (?) I circled in blue.

Yeah that's male bud

Yep male. The structures you circled in blue are the arthrodial membrane, essentially flexible cuticle that can act as a point of muscle attachment and defines the sides of the epigynum.
