Can some one tell me what type I have, I found it in the hills of San Jose ( Milpitas to be exact).

That might be a Aphonopelma eutylenum (California Ebony) but all the aphonopelma species are close at a compare. They also don't get as much attention as foreign t. That t you have is most likely a mature male looking for a mate if I was you I will take it back we're you found and let him do his job and He most likely going to die within a year any way
