Yes often males will grow much quicker but it also depends on feeding /temperature ect.. Some tarantulas grow at different rate to others - your little one has certainly grown plenty in a few months and looks like it's doing very well :)
Its getting bigger and bigger. But with lower temps now its kind of burrowed. But its gorgeous. Thanks for the help

Hard to tell but that black patch doesn't look like epiandrous fusillae to me. Some females have what I like to call a "mustache" of hair over the exuvium....which looks similar to what I see in the picture. @plessey what do you think? Pictured below is my 4+" male. Notice the triangular shaped patch of hair. I believe OP's vagans to be female.
