This is my mature theraphosa stirmi. I've had it for about a year. I am not sure of its gender. It has spindly legs and its abdomen looks like that of a male. However, it is nearly full grown and does not have tibial hooks or emboli. What am I looking at here?

If it is a penultimate male, when it molts to maturity: enjoy him or quickly send him out for mating. They don't live long in maturity (sometimes less than 4 months). Yours is gorgeous!
