• FedEx Overnight, 2 day are available (US shipping only)
• LAG (live arrival guarantee) available
• $30 minimum on all purchases (not including shipping fees)
Complete TOS
• No holds or reserves of animals unless payment in full is received
• Overnight shipping Monday-Wednesday, 2-Day and USPS will be shipped Monday and Tuesday, only
• Not responsible for any shipping/carrier delays under any circumstances
• I reserve the right to delay shipping based on weather/temperature at either my location, your location or carrier route
• LAG only applies on FedEx Overnight
• You must accept package on FIRST delivery attempt, or Hold at Carrier Depot for pickup, for LAG
• You must pick up package from Carrier Depot Hold on day of arrival for LAG
• LAG temperature must be between 50-90 at either my location, your location or carrier route
• In the event of a DOA, you must notify me within 2 hours from when the package was received
• Not responsible for any shipping delays, delays resulting in DOA, mis-delivery by carrier or packages lost in transit
• Evidence of DOA (picture of the dead animal) will be required for replacement or refund
• Refunds for DOA with LAG only if replacement animal(s) are not in stock
• DOA refund only covers cost of animal and does not including shipping fees
• Buyer is responsible for shipping cost to replace DOA(s)
• If buyer is not willing to pay shipping for replacement, no replacement will be issued
• No credit balances, holds or futures offered for DOA replacements
