Nando, My N. Chromatus, just came out of his den after his molt. There is no missing those tibia hooks. It makes me sad knowing my time with him is now short short. I’ve raised him up from a sling. I am going to move him to his final housing tomorrow to give him the best life that he has left. He is beautiful and got HUGE after this molt.

I am going to offer him up to my local spider shop for a pairing. I don’t know if they have a female but a little poontang before he goes might be just what the dr ordered for him .

Maybe you might be better offering him to some one in the hobby for a pairing and come to arrangement with them if works .
I thought of it, but the bennies to the spider is that if he survives, he can come home to me. Also, I can watch. I’ve never bred before and probably never will but it would be interesting to see.

I do feel your pain! My King baboon maled out! Part of my original 3 that got me hooked back into the hobby 4 years ago! Was sad indeed!!
