while i'm at it, can i use sodium polycrylate as water crystals? from baby diapers. lol.

No on the crystals! use a shallow dish. add pebbles if you need to decrease the depth.

I'm not sure on what type of water crystals people use, but if you check on a dubia dealers website, most offer them for sale.. id check and let ya no.. but I'm on my phone :\.

If you choose to use them for your roaches use the type for critters only! Others may have colors, fragrances, or other chemicals such as antifungals, that when passed down the food chain, can harm your T's.
