Are there anyother signs apart from not eating for pokies my p metallica hasn't eaten for 3 weeks and when I try and feed her she just rears up into a threat pose shes made lots of web but not a mat for moulting thanks for reading

Question has been answered got in from work to find shes moulted it was literally 2 3 weeks not eating acting aggressive kept rearing up at prey she or he is a juvenile dont know if I'll be able to tell if its a boy or girl skin is pretty scrunched but im happy with the successful molt is there any other way to sex at this point if I cant tell via moult

Use a water dish, put the molt in it and it will expand. Hopefully to such an extent,that a successful sexing is possible.

Im trying damb abdomen bit is to scrunched I dont think I can tell guys I dont even think a pic will be any good either really wanted to know aswell

Just take it slow, it took me 5 min to make the molt wet enough. Also took me another 10-15 min to take apart the molt, it was badly destroyed. I know its frustrating, but you can do it. Now I'm thinking of that part in Happy Gilmore haha.

Its actually my first male T maybe I could have a go at breeding im going to the bts in may so I see if I can get my self a female although I do have a p metallica sling but I dont know if its a female and whether it would mature in time how long does it take a female to mature 2-3 year's ?

By the time, if its female it could be too late. Usually its better when the female matures first, maybe someone else could comment since I've been lucky so far my females mature then I get a male.
