4 months ago today I received my little drab C. schioedtei . It immediately made a hole and disappeared down it. All I've seen were quick movements down below or shady views of its belly through the deli bottom. It moulted 3 weeks ago but other than shadows I'd not seen it until last night after they'd all been fed I spotted orange down the hole and best of all it stayed there while I took the lid off and took a few pics.

That was the reason I bought it and I can't wait to see it. I just hope it's a female lol.

When I saw how bright orange it is I was hopeful but I think both male and female go through that phase. I just wish I could see all of it. I have a new arboreal container coming for it so maybe after next moult I'll rehouse it then I'll get to see it.
