Hello. Got my first T around 4 months ago. A Chilean rose, Fluffy I thought was appropriate. " hey guys come meet my new pet fluffy". Screams omg its a bloody tarantula. Anways was looking for another. Was after a Brazilian black but seem hard to come buy other than slings which I was wanting something slightly larger so ended up purchasing a red knee sling, to which the guy said was 2.5 inches, which I don't thinks 2.5 inches atall. Anyways such my luck after purchasing I received an email from a pet shop saying they had a female recently molted Brazilian black so well I had to get that too. I will post pics of my tiny ones when I can get some for now meet fluffy .

Hello kaz and welcome to the forum.
I give my crickets some rolled oats and a bit of carrot, they eat it up. If yours eat hamster food that's fine. [emoji3]

thanks IV only packaged ready oats which have syrup or sugar. Have used also blood worm pellets which I give my cichlids. Bit of extra variety if they eat it I guess.
