New T. Mom

Hi everyone. I'm a new tarantula mom of a Lasiodoredes polycuspalatus sling. He's adorable. I fell in love with him when I opened up the little while he came in and I saw him plastered on the back of the vial in terror mode. I wisely set the vial in his little enclosure and let him come out on his own. This is my very first spider. I'm an experienced pet owner though. Fish birds dogs cats snakes. Here's a picture of him. He's eating well and adjusting just fine. I'm a nervous wreck but I'm doing fine

I slaughtered the species name. Lasiodorides polycuspulatus. She sure is cute right now though a little cutie pie. From what I can tell though she looks like she might shed. Her abdomen seems a little shiny and swollen and she's only 3/4 in. I heard the babies will molt more often than adults

I think I'm pretty full at the moment I love this little baby but I have a lot of responsibility so he's going to be it for a minute and it's not like he isn't the cutest thing ever. and it's not like he isn't the cutest thing ever.

And he's so cute already. He's adorable
