Hello everyone, my names carina and I bought my first pet three weeks ago which my mother and i decided to name buttercup. (chilean rose tarantula.) I'm very ecstatic about caring for this wonderful pet, i stumbled upon this forum while doing basic research and couldn't wait to be a part of this growing community! I'm looking forward to extending my knowledge about tarantulas and hopefully making new friends in the process c:

@Charmyknux the first thing my little sister said when she saw her (wishful thinking since i havent found out its gender yet) was "woa it looks like a huge recess buttercup" after that it just stuck!

All of my Ts have Disney inspired names. This one is named after Buttercup from Toy Story 3

thats soo cool how many other pets do you have and what are there names if you don't mind me asking?

Too many if you look in the vertebrate pets section (under off topic discussions) I have almost everybody in there. The thread is called "the rest of my zoo".
And then my other inverts are in the invert pet section under "my giant Vinegaroon"
