I named my female B. Boehmei "Boris". From Pete Entwistle's song from the '60's. She doesn't seem to mind. Not very original, but the day I got her I saw a large spider sculpture with a sign around it's "neck" that said the same and it stuck. It is in front of the bug museum in Bremerton Washington.
