My wish list is growing!

G. pulchra
B. albiceps
B. emelia
T. blondi/stermi
N. tripepii
N.colloratvillosum
A. brockelhursti
E. cyangnathus
E. murinus
C. cyaneopubescens

Those are my top wants for now. I am also eying several Aphonopelmas. Any suggestions for a good representative of the genus? I also feel ready to move into arboreals. I am looking at several avics to fill that niche. Other than A. avicularia anyone have any suggestions for a good representative of the genus? I am enamored by Poecilotheria, especially tigrinawesseli, and many of the Haplopelmas. What are your suggestions there?

Teach me to only read half a post..
Get a P. Cambridgei over any Avic.. or a P. Pulcher. Avics are cool, but Psalmopoeus are way cooler. Little faster, more attitude, but over all a better starter arboreal.. even more so, if your interested in keeping pokies or some of the Asian arboreals..
Any Haplopelma is a good haplopelma.. go for the cheapest to start.. Once they settle you'll just have an enclosure to look at, lol.

Get an obt, take the edge off of keeping OW ts and get a psalmopoeus, to get a feel for arboreal :).

I love your list! Great choices here! Especially your T. Blondi-that is next on my wish list! HAHA I love those ancient, goliath arachnids so powerful and strong. My first T was a arboreal (Metallic Pink Toe). Great personality and docile, but he can be flinchy and extremely fast!! But he has never posed any threat pose or flicked hairs at me, sometimes he will lift up a leg and hold it steady (I still take that as a warning of not a happy camper) but he mostly avoids all negative confrontation.

I don't mind the ones with a bit of attitude. When I was removing the molt from my LP's tank last he was still pale and still, until I reached the tongs in to grab the molt. Then he immediately went into a full on threat display, which I thought was the cutest thing ever. Even my not so wee anymore Ginny, who walks around with her butt up in the air, is adorable to me.
