Hello...I'm a new owner and finally convinced my wife to let me get some creepy crawlers this is my avi avi
Awesome!! We all have made mistakes and or gotten bad advice one time or another. I started with a cobalt blue t like 10+ years ago. I've always loved tarantulas. I'm not going to put a real name because honestly I bought it online and all I got from the dealer was it's a cobalt blue. I knew absolutely nothing about keeping a t. Or if it was or wasn't the T that was sold. It was blue for sure and very defensive. The t jumped and came at you when you touched anything inside it's enclosure. It was a pet hole as everyone else called it. Until you touched the substrate which at the time probably was just a moisten block of coco fiber. I wish I knew more and did research on it so I could have known more about it other then just what I told you. I always enjoyed it until well you had to do something inside it's enclosure. Let's just say if that was the T it should have been kept in better conditions and it was def. Not a beginner t.She has ate already and is now in her tree!!
That's why you get more Ts!Well I just got her a tall cage and some taller goodies for it and while I was there I got one for the horizontal enclosure....no since in leaving a perfectly good enclosure empty lol
