She's finally here. My newly acquired P.irminia. I am planning on breeding her with one of my males once he matures. I'm sure by then she'll be a bit larger. Very excited though.

Some fantastic photos. May I ask what camera/lens you're using (and how you get your Ts to pose like that, lol)?

Thank you. I actually mostly just use my phone camera, which is an LG G2. It takes surprisingly good quality pictures for a phone. A lot of my photos are just a matter of timing. If I should happen to see one of mine out and about, I will usually take advantage of the opportunity and snap a few pics.

Thanks everyone. Haven't been to active recently due to a death in the family, but I really appreciate all the compliments and input here. Good news though, I may be getting a digital camera in the next few months, and I can't wait to test it out on some of my collection.

The S.calceatum that recently molted decided to use the old exo as a decoration. I love how it appears to be just hanging out up there suspended by nothing.

Love the pictures, and very envious. :/

Sorry about your loss. Lost my mother a month ago so I totally empathize with you.

Hey, what's the DLS of your little Mr. Ornata? I have a couple girls, but I've also got a penult male. Depending on timing and how my male makes out with the ladies we could do a 50/50. Same with your striata - I have a MF but only one and no males. Hit me up when he's ready if you're interested!

Sorry to hear about the losses. My condolences to you both.

Thank you very much it means a lot. The male ornata is still rather small, probably just under 3 inches. I'll have to think it over because I'm planning on breeding one of my own soon, and that's gonna take up a lot of space as it is, so I don't know if I'd have room for that many slings. Either way I appreciate your offer and we'll have to see how things play out and how quickly this guy grows. The striata I believe to be female, and if that's the case, I have no plans to part ways with it [emoji14]

Ah, that's fair enough. It looked very male in the pic, but on second look I see it just happened to align with a ventilation hole in the enclosure. I'm... not so smart. Good luck with the breeding!

Sorry, sorry! Look back at the pic I'm talking about and you'll see!
I certainly hope you're wrong I was told by the seller it was female and at the size I acquired it it's fairly easy to tell but we'll see.
