Marketplace label fh

I recently found a nice site where exotic animals (Most importantly Tarantulas) are sold and there are some private sellers close to me so i theoretically could go and pick them up.
The Ts are not labeled in Cm most of the Time but in Fh or Nz.
For example: 0.0.10 T. Albopilosum 3.fh
What Size can i expect when it is labeled 3 fh?
Could anyone who has a little knowledge tell me what this means?

3fh is the European meaning it is 3rd instar in other words it has moulted 3 times. Size will depend on species.
