As I suspected he may... what shall I be prepared for? An assist or a coffin?
Sharp scissors and corn starch....if he gets his pedipalps stuck you'll have to snip them off for him and apply the corn starch immediately. Sometimes they can amputate themselves. I would say its 1 in a 1000 if not higher to make it on their own. Dont quote me but its extremely rare. Hes going to die so you might as well give it a shot...give him a few more years with ya.

Idk I know theres videos of males that made it but not demonstrating. I e always showed up too late. I have chopped leg segments off that were stuck in hardened molts. They say spiders dont feel pain like we do...I kinda believe it by watching how they react. Shoot...they will naw off their own leg.
