I dont want THESE roaches

I live in an apartment and ever since they renovated the place next door, we're getting roaches in our kitchen. All my T's are in my room at the other end of the hall, but obviously I don't want to use any insecticides in the house. Anyone have any advice or ideas?

I'll second the glue traps. I had some escapes from a B. lateralis colony and that managed to clear things up for me.

Glue traps and maybe ask the landlord about paying for an external spray. those usually work well and if you're lucky you should only need it during the summer months
