I was trying to mist the enclosure a bit bc I think it was to dry and got her! Is this a problem?

no. but don't mist a Rose or Boehmei. Water bowl is just fine.

they like it dry, but obviously they experience rain in the wild. so they will be fine more annoyed probably than anything

Nope, not a problem. A little water won't hurt them. They won't like it, but you didn't do any damage with a bit of water.
