Hey everyone. I've always been in love with spiders and despite how revolted most people are in general by them I've always wanted to own one. Recently I've noticed that some stores have finally started to bring in spiders. If I manage to find the right one hopefully I'l become the proud owner of a tarantula.

Hi, welcome. You may be better off buying your T online as the ones in pet shops tend to be wild caught and dearer, have a look at the classifieds on here for starters.

Hi there Enn49. Yeah, I suspect that they might be wild caught but unfortunately ordering online is not an option for me because of where I live. If it's better to just leave them instead of buying them I guess I can do that, though I'll be pretty sad.

That makes things difficult but if your only way to get one is from a pet shop, just make sure it looks healthy.
