Throwing my two cents here, I would wait to be a little bit more experienced before dropping $400 on a T found on craigslist :)
Nothing tells you the seller is not trustworthy but nothing tells you he/she is either. Needless to say that once you have the T and exchanged the money you'll be on your own. Be a little more patient and look for availability from vendors with feedbacks on the forum or directly from online stores. Right now a lot of people are looking for pulchra so the price is going up....wait for a few egg sacs to hit the market and you'll see the price going down. Get yourself started with a younger and inexpensive T this way you'll have already some experience when/if you'll decide to drop the $$$ on your black beauty.
