For really fast or aggressive ones you can install a feeding port on the enclosure. This reduces the chances of escape.
You can also use a catch cup to transfer. I have a video of moving my Versicolor into his adult enclosure via a catch cup. I didn't need to do that but wanted to prove the concert before trying it on my pokie.
