I changed my tarantulas substrate and accidentally got the dirt all over her. Will she be okay if she's covered? She's not buried in it. It's just all over her abdomen

No need to panic...she'll be fine. They groom, and she'll likely clean herself off. Many species dig, so they are used to getting a little dirt on them. :)

Okay, also I can't fix the substrate its not equal ground but she's trying to climb out so I can't open it to fix it

If the substrate isn't completely level, it shouldn't matter. I often slope my substrate up on one side for my burrowing species (it gives them a couple extra inches of depth). She should be fine. :)

Yes you are fine. They clean themselves and the substrate would not hurt it anyway. I saw something today that was cool. I went to fill waters and my GBB sling was sitting in his bottle cap taking a bath. I swear he was stroking himself with his legs which were wet. This lasted 5 min.

My Genic sat on top of her water dish and kept dunking her pedipalps in while grooming herself. I also accidentally splashed her when refilling her bowl (I use a basting thingy and it came out too fast) and she went for the water expecting it to be prey, lol.
As for the original question, as above. Tarantulas are almost like kittens the way they clean themselves. When my B. Boehmei made its molting cave it kept taking breaks to thoroughly clean itself. I find it adorable to watch them!
